Charlize Theron After selling her mother’s Hollywood Hills home earlier this year, Charlize Theron purchased a new $3.3 million residence for her in Studio City, CA. The two-story modern farmhouse-style home was built in 2016 and was recently updated. It includes five en suite bedrooms and six bathrooms in a little more than 3300 square feet. Set on nearly a quarter acre, the property boasts a family room and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with oak cabinetry, a marble island and premium appliances. The entertainer’s patio offers a firepit, heated pool, spa, and a terrace serviced by a Hestan grill.
Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann The Apatows recently spent almost $32 million on a 9300-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion graced by five en suite bedrooms and a kitchen equipped with dual marble islands and commercial-grade stainless appliances on nearly an acre of land.
