Eva Longoria Eva Longoria has been trying to sell her Beverly Hills mansion for almost a year. Originally listed for $22.888 million, she recently reduced the asking price to $18.988 million. Eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms include a primary suite with sitting area, office and sauna. There is a separate staff wing with two bedrooms on the first level along with a third guest bedroom. Set on 1.4 private acres, the 10,652-square-foot home is equipped with a family-style kitchen and a prep kitchen. The wooded grounds offer a pool cabana with a full bar plus a championship tennis court and pavilion.

Actor Josh Brolin just put his private gated Atlanta home on the rental market for $35,000 a month.
