Eva Longoria Eva Longoria has been trying to sell her Beverly Hills mansion for almost a year. Originally listed for $22.888 million, she recently reduced the asking price to $18.988 million. Eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms include a primary suite with sitting area, office and sauna. There is a separate staff wing with two bedrooms on the first level along with a third guest bedroom. Set on 1.4 private acres, the 10,652-square-foot home is equipped with a family-style kitchen and a prep kitchen. The wooded grounds offer a pool cabana with a full bar plus a championship tennis court and pavilion.

Josh Brolin

Actor Josh Brolin just put his private gated Atlanta home on the rental market for $35,000 a month. Acquired in 2020 for $3.25 million, the five-bedroom, eight-bath mansion occupies 7700 square feet of luxury features, including a den/library, formal dining area and massive living space. The luxurious kitchen has a large L-shaped island, a breakfast nook, pantry, and a laundry room while the primary bedroom suite includes a living room and two large closets as well as a bathroom retreat. A lower level is equipped with another living room, kitchenette, movie theater, gym and sauna.

Annie Leibovitz has sold her duplex in the Brentwood building at 88 Central Park West on Manhattan’s Upper West Side for $10.62 million. Boasting four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the apartment covers 3500 square feet on two levels. A grand staircase leads to the upper floor from which one can view the city’s skyline. A pair of paned glass pocket doors separate the formal dining room from the living room, which includes a wall of ceiling-high, built-in bookcases and a fabulous decorative wood floor.
