Tenant Pay Now Available on All Screening Packages Enjoy the ease of having your tenant pay for the screening directly through AAOA. Once only offered with premium tenant screening packages, the Tenant Pay Option is now available when ordering any AAOA tenant screening package. When you place the order, you can simply indicate
whether you will pay or whether the tenant will pay. If you select “Tenant Will Pay” you will enter the applicant’s name and email address. The tenant will receive an email from AAOA immediately with a link to fill out a short application and their payment information. Once they have paid, you will have immediate access to their tenant screening report.
