GROWTH POTENTIAL The number one thing to look for when considering an investment property in our area is the area’s growth potential. Before you make an investment ask yourself:
• Is the area on a path of growth and is the city growing or declining?
• Are there opportunities for future growth and is the economic policy of the city and state on track for continued growth? • Have there been recent annexations or rezoning? This activity points to new jobs, which in turn adds to the population.
