AI is emerging as a key tool to optimize most high volume, low value tasks. By automating routine processes, property managers can allocate more time to building relationships with residents and addressing complex issues. Property managers will need to develop new skills to effectively manage the integration of AI into guest experiences. 2025 will see an abundance of smaller multifamily assets in a general state of distress. Why?
