NEW REAL ESTATE PODCAST

“NO VACANCY with Taylor Avakian”

As founder of The Group CRE, Taylor works closely with long-term owners, trustees, and family partnerships who need clear, honest guidance about their real estate decisions. Having personally toured more than 1,500 Los Angeles apartment buildings and handling over $300 million in transactions, he understands the unique challenges facing independent owners in today’s market— from navigating rent control to managing generational transitions. As host of the “No Vacancy with Taylor Avakian Podcast,” he has candid conversations with fellow investors about their experiences managing properties and adapting to market changes. These discussions reflect his belief that real estate knowledge should be accessible to everyone, not just industry insiders. Taylor believes in building trust through education rather than sales pressure, knowing that the best decisions come when owners feel fully informed about their options. It’s this patient, long-term approach that has made him a trusted advisor to many of Southern California’s independent apartment owners.
