Tony Stancato is the host of the Michigan Short Term Rentals podcast, co-owner of the vacation rental management company Book N Gather, co-owner of The Windmoor Lodge in Grayling, Michigan, and a licensed real estate agent. He co-founded the Michigan STR Conference to bring together property owners and industry experts in Southwest Michigan for educational seminars and networking. As an Airbnb Superhost, his custom email series provides township regulations, STR hosting tips, rental projections, market analysis guidelines, and custom-built property grading and furniture calculators for anyone interested in learning more about the STR market. With a passion for hospitality and a focus on elevating guest experiences, Tony remains dedicated to providing exceptional stays across Michigan.

RISING STAR
Cameron Lewis, is a Junior at NC State University majoring in Finance. In the spring of 2024, he founded the North Carolina State University Real Estate Club which has already grown to 200+ members. Under his leadership, the club aims to connect students with experts and mentors, helping to pave the way towards successful careers in real estate. At just 21 years old, he already owns 3 LLCs in various facets of real estate, including Wholesaling, Airbnb Arbitrage, and most recently, house flipping. His first flipping project went into contract within days, using none of his own funds. He is projecting to complete 20 projects in his first year. According to Cameron, he is obsessed with all aspects of real estate, and his career goal is simple: to scale each of these revenue streams to a point where he can personally fund large development projects.
