Will Arnett Since he is currently spending more time in New York, Will Arnett has decided to list his customized six-bedroom Beverly Hills estate in favor of buying a smaller West Coast home. Built in 2021, the 10,300-square-foot mansion is listed for $22.5 million and offers such custom features as a game room, gym, and a screening room with tiered seating, wood paneling and extra-deep sofas. The home’s resort-like backyard boasts a cold plunge, meditation area, sauna, shower and a vegetable garden plus a swimming pool, barbecue and dining areas. The actor also built a professional sound booth for his voiceover and podcast work.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Now that her two children have entered college, empty nester Gwyneth Paltrow has sold her 13,000-square-foot family home in the Mandeville Canyon area of Brentwood for $22 million. Encompassing eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms on about two-thirds of an acre, the single-story home is also enhanced by a wine cellar, gym, office, game room and a private movie theater, all situated in the one- bedroom guest house. Another apartment can be found atop the detached garage. The property also presents a plunge pool and extensive flat lawns.

With an eye to spending more time in Santa Fe, Robert Redford and his artist wife, Sibylle, have put their rustic 1968 Tiburon, CA, cottage on the market for $4.15 million. Sitting on an unpaved dirt road at the end of a cul-de-sac lined by towering redwoods, the home offers privacy and seclusion with a gated entrance leading into a courtyard patio. The remodeled wood-shingled, 2824-square-foot home enjoys views of the San Francisco Bay and Angel Island from most of the property, including its outdoor patios, great room and four bedrooms.
