Jon Favreau Jon Favreau, the celebrated actor, director, and producer, has added a fourth home to his Santa Monica compound. Since the transaction was private, details of the deal and the property are limited. The three contiguous properties he already owns were procured in 2002, 2005, and 2021, with a total investment of $6.9 million. The new adjacent property, completed this year as a spec home, was recently purchased for an additional $6.8 million. The compound now spans a total of two-thirds of one flat acre.
Gisele Bündchen
Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen recently paid just over $9 million for a roughly 7.5-acre spread in South Florida's affluent Southwest Ranches community. Built in 1976, her new home features nine bedrooms and nine baths in nearly 5200 square feet. The exterior of the home offers an infinity-edge pool and spa with fountains, a tennis court, full-size soccer pitch, sport court, two equestrian rings, a barn with 10 horse stalls, kitchen and barbecue setup, and a pair of pergolas ideal for lounging and entertaining.
John Fogerty
John Fogerty, the music legend who was originally a member of Creedence Clearwater Revival, is the new owner of the 2.2-acre Hidden Hills ranch that Sylvester Stallone purchased less than two years ago. A large main house, a detached guesthouse, large cabana and a substantial horse barn are hidden from the road behind gates and mature foliage. In addition to a total of four bedrooms and 6.5 baths in more than 10,000 square feet of living space, there is also a pool, an arena for horse riding, organic vegetable gardens, 100+ fruit-bearing trees, a greenhouse and a koi pond.
