KNOWING HOW FACTUALLY SIMILAR CASES WERE DECIDED BY JUDGES OR JURIES CAN HELP YOU MAKE BETTER DECISIONS.

DRai Solutions' Matter Analyzer will guide you through the process to provide information about the disagreement, and to upload the relevant contract and other evidence, including emails, photos, witness statements, and audio or video recordings. Then, based on the information you provide, the Matter Analyzer's artificial intelligence engine will instantly gather a handful of descriptions of comparable cases and their legal outcomes, called case law. Knowing how factually similar cases were decided by judges or juries can help you make

better decisions about your own matter. For instance, if the parties that filed the lawsuits won every time but were awarded only $40 to $60, you might decide it was not worth pursuing a dispute. (DRai will never make this decision for you; it will always be your call.) If you decide to go forward with a dispute, DRai’s Dispute Resolution platform will guide you through an easy, step-by-step process to contact the other party and engage them online. Using this guide, you can accomplish several goals:

Easily make a settlement offer If you decide to pursue a claim, you’ll find that you have almost all the necessary information on hand already. The only part left for you to add is your Settlement Offer, which is required. You can specify whether you want a lump sum or payments over time, require interest or other specific terms. You can include non-financial terms as well if relevant. For example, your offer might include a stipulation that a tenant replace the plantation blinds that she had removed.

Learn about the other party’s side of the dispute Once you’ve filed a dispute, the other party (the Respondent) will be prompted to tell her side of the dispute, which sometimes can reveal different versions of contracts, witnesses who remember events differently than you do, and other contradictions to discuss with the Respondent.

Discover extenuating circumstances that suggest a creative solution DRai’s platform also features a special section in which the Respondent can describe circumstances that you may not be aware of that might suggest creative ways to resolve a problem.
