ON THE MOVE

Brad Pitt Brad Pitt recently purchased a $12 million, six-bedroom, eight-bath Spanish-style mansion in the Hollywood Hills’ Outpost Estates neighborhood from The Killers guitarist Dave Keuning. The hilltop estate, originally built in 1989, offers views of downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean as well as a gated entrance, a swimming pool, fire pit, and a vegetable garden. Pitt also became a seller this month when he sold his three-bedroom, two-bath Los Feliz home to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood co-star Austin Butler for $5.2 million.

Jennifer Aniston

In August 2025, Jennifer Aniston paid $7.25 million for a two-story property next door to her primary estate in Bel Air. The smaller property is an expansion of Aniston’s existing 3.2-acre compound, which consists of a separate, larger estate that she has owned for years. The new purchase, which expanded her compound to over four acres, is a gated 1962 Mediterranean residence, which spans nearly 5000 square feet of living space and features five bedrooms, five baths, a swimming pool and covered terraces with city views.

Jimmy Kimmel

Jimmy Kimmel owns at least seven multimillion-dollar properties—the newest of which he recently bought in L.A.’s historic Windsor Square neighborhood for about $7.8 million. Designed by architect Robert D. Jones in 1926, the 5,300-square-foot English Tudor-style mansion boasts five bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The primary suite features a fireplace, sitting area, and walk- in closet. Although the home comes with a pool and a guesthouse with 1.5 baths, and a kitchenette, the selling feature for Kimmel had to be the new outdoor kitchen, complete with a pizza oven and barbecue grill.
