Employment Verification
Employment verification is a proven method to obtain direct confirmation. By contacting the applicant’s employer, you can confirm their current employment status. This step reassures landlords that the applicant is actively employed and capable of meeting rent obligations. The added benefit is credibility. While applicants can manipulate documents, it is much harder to falsify confirmation from a legitimate employer.
