Shelby is Vice President of New Development within Asset Living’s multifamily division, bringing 13 years of property management experience to a national leadership role focused on growth and innovation. In her position, Shelby collaborates closely with her team to drive strong performance, support division goals, and expand Asset Living’s presence into new markets. She is passionate about creating one-of-a-kind living experiences for residents while strengthening relationships with existing clients and building new partnerships with developers and investors. Prior to her promotion, Shelby served as Director of New Development Marketing, where she guided and supported teams throughout Asset Living’s Central Region. Her career began while attending Texas A&M University, when she joined Asset Living as a Community Assistant in the student housing division. Through a wide range of roles across the property management industry, Shelby developed a well-rounded foundation that shaped her into a strategic, relationship-driven leader. Today, she continues to execute forward-thinking strategies that unlock new opportunities for her team and the communities Asset Living serves.
