Adam is a Managing Director in the Boston, MA, office for Berkadia with over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. Mr. Dunn specializes in multifamily housing investment advisory and equity placement across New England. Prior to joining Berkadia in December 2021, he was a Senior Director at JLL. Prior to JLL, he worked in property management operations with Archstone. During his career, Mr. Dunn has been involved in more than $4 billion of transactions and has professionally managed a portfolio of apartments valued at more than $500 million.

Rae specializes in investment sales across the Pacific Northwest, with a primary focus on guiding investors to identify, analyze, and secure the right properties. A former commercial appraiser, Rae leverages her MAI and CCIM designations to bring valuation expertise, financial clarity, and advanced investment analysis to every transaction helping clients make confident, informed decisions that support their long-term goals. Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Rae focuses on retail, multifamily, and mixed-use investment properties throughout the region. She is known for her collaborative, partnership-driven approach, working closely with co-brokers, mortgage brokers, lenders, and 1031 exchange accommodators to provide clients with seamless, full-spectrum support from initial strategy through closing. Rae serves on the NAIOP Oregon Board as Chair of the Women’s Network. In 2025, she was recognized with two CCIM Oregon/SW Washington Transaction of the Year awards (for both Multifamily and Retail) and was named NAIOP Oregon’s 2025 Committee Chair of the Year for her leadership and industry engagement.
