David brings more than a decade of property management experience to his role supporting multifamily and commercial clients at BELFOR Property Restoration. After managing communities firsthand, he recognized how unexpected disasters can disrupt operations, strain maintenance teams, and create major challenges for small property owners. This insight shaped his focus on proactive planning, fast response, and true partnership to help clients protect their assets. Today, David works throughout New York State and collaborates with BELFOR teams nationwide, guiding property owners and managers through fire, water, storm, and mold emergencies while prioritizing resident safety and minimizing downtime. His operational background allows him to effectively connect onsite staff with restoration professionals for smoother recoveries. David is also active nationally with IREM and the National Apartment Association, contributing education, mentorship, and thought leadership focused on practical emergency preparedness and operational resilience for independent owners and small operators.
