Tina is an Executive Vice President on Sares Regis’ Client Advisory team, where she leads national efforts to expand the firm’s third-party multifamily management platform beyond its current 8-state, 42,000-unit portfolio. With more than 30 years of multifamily leadership experience, Tina brings deep expertise across management strategy, operations, and portfolio growth. Most recently, she served as Executive Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s West Region, overseeing 110,000 units from Texas to California and acting as the firm’s National Mixed- Use Leader. Previously, as Multifamily Practice Leader at CBRE, she launched the company’s first Multifamily Management Practice and led the Mixed-Use Specialty product line. Her background also includes serving as COO of Capstone Real Estate, managing more than 36,000 units, along with senior roles at LMC Living, Sunrise Management, and Monarch Group. Tina has built management organizations from the ground up, led teams exceeding 10,000 members, and remains active on multiple industry boards.
