Sarah Paulson For the second time, “American Horror Story” star Sarah Paulson has bought a home from her co-star Emma Roberts. This time, it’s a stylishly reimagined 1940s ranch- style home in the Hollywood Hills. Paulson paid $4.8 million for the gated, 2,700-square-foot retreat featuring a guesthouse, and a lush pool area shaded by mature trees. Paulson previously owned a Laurel Canyon property she bought from Roberts nearly a decade ago for $1.65 million. She recently sold that home, which had been extensively remodeled, for about $2.9 million.

The Weeknd (Abel Tesfaye)

R&B star Abel Tefaye, better known as The Weeknd, recently purchased a $50 million Miami megamansion with 574 feet of water frontage and a 140-foot dock. Measuring nearly 20,000 square feet, the residence, which enjoys water on both sides of its V-shaped peninsula, set a record for the most expensive sale in Coral Gables. Built in 2018, the mansion features eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, two powder rooms, a media center, an office and a gym. The 62-foot swimming pool sits on the “V” and a covered dining patio equipped with a barbecue kitchen is nearby.

Alexa Joel

Billy Joel has sold his daughter, singer-songwriter Alexa Joel, the NYC condominium in which she has been living since 2010. Located in Nolita at 211 Elizabeth Street, the 1600-square foot property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open floor plan is enhanced by oversized windows and a wood-burning fireplace with a large mantle. The home also features dark herringbone floors, black crown moldings, and a dark-toned chef’s kitchen. The selling price was $4.5 million. Billy Joel purchased the condo in 2010 for $3.3 million from his then-wife, Katie Lee.
