Ricky Gervais Ricky Gervais recently sold an apartment on 63rd Street in Manhattan’s East Side for $1.4 million. He purchased the ninth- floor residence, which features one bedroom, a full bath and a powder room in 799 square feet, for $1.66 million in 2008. It boasts oversize street-facing windows, hardwood floors, an in-unit laundry and a modern kitchen with an eating area. A private storage unit is also included. He still owns a larger unit on the 12th floor of the same building, which he bought in 2011 for $3.74 million.
Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence has sold her longtime Los Angeles home for $11 million in an off-market transaction with model and actress Cara Delevingne. Once the home of Jessica Simpson, the property is extremely private, with a guarded entrance, a big driveway gate and a forest of thick vegetation. The house offers five bedrooms and five and one-half baths. The primary bedroom comes complete with a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with dual sinks and a soaking tub. The property also includes a shaded pool.

Ricky Martin has sold his Upper East Side apartment for $6.15 million after eight years on and off the market. The 3,147-square-foot residence boasts a spacious open living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors. The residence includes two primary bedroom suites with oversized walk-in closets and spa-like bathrooms. A fifth room can serve as a bedroom, or as a study, nursery, or media room. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, squash court, screening room, children’s playroom, art studio and an on-site parking garage.
