There has been a cooling compared to the prior two years, but nothing close to a crash! Circumstances are much different, and the market is still stronger than pre-pandemic. This is not a time to back out. It’s a time to dig in and be deeply knowledgeable of the market and constantly stay up to date with the shifts. The good thing is that lenders and sellers can help buyers more. ARMs will be very popular this year and a good option for buyers and investors. The truth is that it will be a harder market and people are in a “wait and see” pattern looking at the economy. But it is a time to persevere.
