Selena Gomez/Benny Blanco Newly engaged singer/actress Selena Gomez and songwriter/ producer Benny Blanco have purchased their first home together—an historic $35 million, 7000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion designed by Wallace Neff in 1928. Their new residence features seven bedrooms and 12 baths. Combining two lots, the property also boasts two guesthouses, one of which has its own studio while the other has a home theatre. Additional amenities include a fitness center, pool and a glass greenhouse solarium.

Newly divorced Jennifer Lopez has bought a $17.5 million, 2.5-acre compound in gated Hidden Hills from singer John Fogerty (who purchased it from Sylvester Stallone). The main house spans 10,046 square feet and offers five en suite bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and state-of-the-art home automation. The luxurious master suite is enhanced by dual walk-in closets, a wet bar and a private balcony. Measuring two acres, the equestrian property includes a 5-stall barn, stables and a riding arena as well as a guest house and pool.

Scarlett Johansson/Colin Jost A pre-war, 6000-square-foot, two-floor co-op penthouse at 1220 Park Avenue in Manhattan’s Upper East Side Carnegie Hill neighborhood was recently bought by Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost for $13 million. The 1930s triplex has six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, six wood-burning fireplaces, and 65 windows with four exposures, as well as five terraces on the top two floors. Included among the 14 rooms are an elegant center gallery, an oak-paneled library, a chef’s kitchen and a media room.
