ON THE MOVE
Diane Keaton After nearly 14 years of ownership, Diane Keaton has listed her Los Angeles home in the horse-friendly Sullivan Canyon community on the border of Brentwood and Pacific Palisades. Keaton personally worked with designers to convert the existing house into an all-new earthquake- and fire-resistant rustic-industrial structure that was completed in 2015. A spa area and fireside patio accompany a brick and stone swimming pool. The five-bedroom, seven-bath home is listed at $29 million.
John Goodman
Just three weeks after his Pacific Palisades mansion was destroyed in the recent California wildfires, Hollywood legend John Goodman put his historic New Orleans home on the market for $5.5 million. Built in the 1850s, the Garden District property offers four bedrooms and 4.5 baths as well as a sweeping grand staircase, a formal dining room and an updated kitchen. The property is enhanced by a covered veranda overlooking a saltwater swimming pool.
Amy Schumer
Best known as the “Moonstruck” house, Amy Schumer’s 1829 Federal-style townhome at 19 Cranberry Street in Brooklyn Heights has been listed for $14 million. The four-story townhouse spans over 5500 square feet and has five bedrooms, two parlors and a library. The kitchen is fit for a chef (Amy’s husband, Chris Fischer), and sports top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances. Many of the home’s original 19th-century details have been preserved, such as the crown molding, marble fireplace mantles and pocket doors.
