AMENITIES Here in the Monadnock region of New Hampshire, the beauty of nature is one of the main draws. For my clients, the #1 factor key for investment properties is proximity to hiking trails, parks, and open land. Not only is this desirable for active use, but also for the space and beauty that it provides. People want proximity to trails, open land to walk their dogs, and the ability to be out in nature easily. GROWTH POTENTIAL The number one thing to look for when considering an investment property in our area is the area’s growth potential. Before you make an investment ask yourself:

• Is the area on a path of growth and is the city growing or declining?

• Are there opportunities for future growth and is the economic policy of the city and state on track for continued growth? • Have there been recent annexations or rezoning? This activity points to new jobs, which in turn adds to the population.
