Mark Zuckerberg Making his second 2026 RENT appearance, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Dr. Priscilla Chan, purchased Ireland’s 200-year-old Strancally Castle in August, just a few months after purchasing their Florida home on Biscayne Bay. The historic estate overlooks the River Blackwater in County Waterford. Built around 1830 and valued at between $23 million and $35 million, the 3-story, 16,000-square-foot Gothic-style castle features 11 principal bedrooms as well as towers, parapets, and buttresses on 440 acres.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift
In early September, soon after his wedding to Taylor Swift, it was disclosed that Travis Kelce had purchased Moyenage, an 1895 Elizabethan Tudor home on the banks of Lake Erie in Bratenahl, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. The Kansas City Chiefs player acquired the 21,140-square- foot mansion for a reported $5.35 million. Set on 3.5 acres, the home offers 8 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a home theatre, swimming pool, gym and a five-car garage. Located close to Kelce’s hometown, Moyenage will serve as a home base for the newlyweds.
Justin and Hailey Bieber
Justin and Hailey Bieber have purchased their first New York City home for $12 million. The luxury condo, located in the West Village, includes four bedrooms and four-and-a half baths in 2792 square feet. Floor-to- ceiling and wall-to-wall windows offer sweeping views of the Hudson River and even the Statue of Liberty. Building amenities include a 70-foot pool and whirlpool spa with floor-to-ceiling glass, a fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio, steam room, sauna, and a private massage room as well as a children’s clubhouse.
