Pat Boone Pat Boone has listed the 7032-square-foot Beverly Hills home he bought more than 60 years ago. With an asking price of $22 million, the mansion sits on a flat one acre+ surrounded by high hedges that offer security, privacy and sound proofing. It boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including a primary suite with two bathrooms and a dressing room. The Boones added a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house and a shed to the property. They also enclosed an open-air patio to create a rec room near the pool.
Helen Mirren and Taylor Hackford Mirren and her husband, director Taylor Hackford, have put their 1911 Hollywood Hills estate on the market for $12 million. Three separate residences, including the two-story, 6,600-square-foot main house, sit on 6.5 gated acres. The property also includes a 3100-square- foot, two-bedroom guesthouse with enclosed yard as well as a 500-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment above the garage. It sold last year for $23 million.
