Mariah Carey Fulfilling a childhood dream, Mariah Carey purchased two apartments at New York City’s Franklin Tower in 1999 and created a three-level penthouse apartment. Listed at $27 million, the residence offers 12,728 square feet of interior space, 1,100 square feet of private outdoor space, and sweeping 360-degree views from the Hudson River to the Manhattan skyline. Luxurious features include 8 bedrooms, 6.3 baths, custom dressing rooms, a home gym, home recording studio, a mermaid-themed screening room, and a “Moroccan room” den with terrace access.

Former “Today” show host Kathie Lee Gifford has listed her enormous Greenwich, Connecticut, estate for $100 million.
