Once owned by Charlie Chaplin, the 11,000-square- foot home hosts 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. A guesthouse, with its own living room, fireplace, and private gated entry, a teahouse, a pool house, and a separate garage are also found on the 2-acre property which commands sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and Griffith Observatory. The pool and grounds have been described as “A newer classic old Hollywood style pool with arched fountains, surrounded by rolling lawns, specimen trees, rose gardens and dramatic views.”
