complicated. Over the last 17 years I’ve simplified the process by creating a reliable method with 4 key steps: 1) Select, 2) Investigate, 3) Close, and 4) Manage. I use this system for all of my acquisitions, whether I'm buying apartment buildings, small multifamily properties (2-4 units), doing BRRRR deals (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), or even wholesaling.
